Heffa Sitdown!

Would someone please tell Sarah Failing Palin that she is no Hillary Clinton. Why on earth Palin seems to think that she has what is takes to be President of these United States of America is comical to say the least.

Well...that's being polite. Naaah...forget being polite. Fact of business, she is too dumb to be the President and that's the bottom line. Whatever gave her the notion that all it takes to be President is spouting out some little nice-nasty juvenile slogans or hurtful words, and talking more country than Ellie Mae on the Beverly Hillbillies does not cut it. Nope, I'm afraid not.

She lacks class and is not refined, which is a few qualities anyone running for President should have. GWB might have mispronunced a few words or got a little mixed up in grammar here and there, but GWB did have a little class. I mean come on now, for goodness sakes, a President has to sit down and talk to other world leaders.

After all, people we do not want a President embarrassing us with phrases like "You Betcha" or "Hows' that crown working out for ya, Queenie" when greeting the the Queen of England or telling dignitaries from other countries that she can see Russia from her backyard. Nor do we want a President winking their eye at other world leaders.

She does not get it! People want a President that has above average knowledge, which she is sorely lacking. To tell you the truth, her knowledge does not even rise above barely passing at third grade level. In addition, she suffers from illusions and is a gold-diggers. People do not want a gold-digger in charge of the taxpayer's money.

How she conned the people of Alaska into letting her be their governor is similar to watching one of those reality shows...Flavor Fav comes to mind, unbelievable.

Now, all of a sudden she wants to teach journalist because she has a degree in communications. Yup, Palin has all of a sudden promoted herself to expert/Professor of Journalism overnight in her little pea-brain mind. Whatever that heffa is sipping on, she needs to regroup and come out of that coma she is in. Expert in journalism or Professor of journalism, she is not! Palin is not even an expert in???  Hey, just what is she an expert in???  NOTHING, but running her mouth!

Sometimes, I wonder if she's just playing the dumb card for all it's worth? Maybe her true aspirations are to be a reality TV star or a celebrity spokeswoman a la Rush Limbaugh?
She may not be able to see past her overdrawn 15 minutes of infamy.

Why on earth Palin seems to think that she has what is takes to be President of these United States of America you ask?

Because the mainstream media we have told her she has what it takes to be President that's why.

I agree with Anna Renee. I think she is milking her 15 minutes of fame for all its worth. I think she finally got her dream job and that was to be noticed, seen after all, she did do the beauty pagaent circuit. She was a journalism major. Being on TV is her dream job that's why after her taste of the lime light as McCain running mate; she did not want to go back to obscurity in Podunk, Alaska and quit as governor.

granny, I resent how you have distorted he face. Sarah is a beautiful woman with class that obviously you can't see in your old age.

Sarah has great potential to become a great leader in America and you know it. She is already great in the eyes of many of our folks...even you make the time to write about her. She looks better and thinks better than Carol Mosely Braun, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and the NAACP put together.
AND SHE LOOKS BETTER TOO.

That's too bad! I suggest you take a chill pill, take a deep breathe, count to ten, and get over it. I might be old, but I am not blind.

That picture represents her well. Yup, Ms. Pitbull with lipstick who brags on hunting for her meat. BTW, NAACP is an organization, not a human being. Of course you wouldn't know that would you?

I'm sorry, but I do not see any beauty in Palin. Real beauty comes from within and shines on the outside. Palin has ugly ways that take alot of away from her. As for her eyes they are not that great either because they are the eyes of a scheming, vicious, vixen.

fyi, Palin won a beauty contest in America. Remember? The woman is stuning and as a Conservative bm i know a good-looking ww when I see one. And beauty DOES SHOW ON THE OUTSIDE. A woman does't have to be beautiful on the 'inside'. Ask any movie star or director about that. Where have you been?

You are just being wrong, foolish and un-Christian like.

Sister Granny....continue to do what you do and how you do. With age (as myself will finaly be 60 on May 31/11) comes wisdom as well as "seen it before), About Mrs Palin....shewasa governor of a single race people. The majority of native non-white does not participate in politics of the last-comers. Palin will have a challenge deaing with a diverse population of this USA. Have yo ever seen the norm of the elected people in sections of the country that is not diverse. Originaly this lady was only picked due to her being a women as well as white skin with what they see as goodlooking. This was the opposite of a good looking male African American. Reading some of the comments....I can understand why the media puts her out front. Comparing Mrs. Palin to my (Black) leaders of the last hundred years shows deep embedded thoughts of my leaders being less than an uneducated white women, that white America has deemed qualified for POTUS. The lady quit her governorship. If she runs< I hope the Dems run Lindsey Lo.

I'm not worried about the nut case from Alaska right now Granny. I'm more concerned with the traitor from Chicago.
Squeezing the poor and working class while extending tax cuts to the rich.
See, it doesn't matter what party is "in change," politics is all about keeping us distracted from who really has their foot on our throats.
We're being mind fucked.

I had to laugh at that comment. The way the last few years in politics have been going, I wouldn't be surprise if Lindsey Lo would become a candidate.

Sagacious & Redeye:

I am feeling what you're saying because the way things are going right now, the President is more than likely going to lose my vote too. Read my the topic before this one. I might not vote at all next election. When you start snatching away the basic needs to survive from poor people to finance a war and give the rich folks more money that's where we part ways. To me that's like a subtle form of genocide. Some big improvement are going to have to be made to get my vote.

People continue to cut off their nose to spite their face; in November a lot of people did not vote; so what happen, a lot of Tea Baggers were elected to congress. When will we lean? The President is not perfect but he is a whole lot better than what the rethugs are offering. Some people sound like the Israelites when they were delivered out of Egypt; as soon as the journey became a little difficult, they wanted to go back into bondage. As for me, I realize President Obama is no way near perfect, but he is a lot better than anything else. So, I will be voting and voting for him in 2012.

The truth is Palin will be in the running for President whether you folks like it or not. And so will Bachmann. So you might as well get ready because someone like them will be the next President. Btw, I wouldn't be surprised with the new President in office that 'certain' blogs will be closely scrutinized, including...

LOL! I had to laugh at that comment. Do you fantasized much? BTW, you would be surprise who all reads this blog. Well...so are we to believe that according to you Failing Palin lied in her Freedom of speech...dialogue, you know the part where she said people have the right to voice their dissent? Or does that only apply to white people?

Let them run...LOL! I'm sure it will prove to be quite an embarrassment for both of them if they do. People on both sides of the political arena have so much filed away on those two until I'm almost embarrassed for them.

granny, "LOL! I had to laugh at that comment. Do you fantasized much?"

Go ahead, laugh. But you won't be laughing in Nov 2012 and in Jan 2013 when your blog is disconnected from the internet. And rightly so. NO ONE has the right to post a picture of Palin like you have. That should be against the law and a high fine with a few years in the slammer should happen.

Hey...could you tell whoever don't wait until 2012, disconnect my blog now. I could care less! My plate is too full anyway and if they disconnect it, they'll be doing me a huge favor. I kid you not. This blog is not my life, and trust me I do have a life outside of this blog. Something you do not seem to have. BTW, I'll still be laughing in 2012 and 2013 because an election is not the center of my being or existence for that fact.

BTW, you need to wean yourself off of African American blogs because you're not strong enough for them. Beside which, I do not remember putting up a "Wanted blog police" sign either; therefore I didn't give you or anyone else that position on this blog.

Bill, I won't be voting for the Republicans either so that should make you feel better. Nevertheless, I don't like the idea of making the elderly and poor the sacrificial lambs to feel the pain while the rich glide by untouched and are made more richer off the backs of the poor and middleclass. The poor have always felt the pain.

I was one of the President's most persistent and staunch supporters in every way possible that a human could be. Like I said it is going to take showing me that he is interested in pleasing those who put him in office instead of those who don't want to see him in there. The ones that put him in office are not the enemy, but that is how he is treating people who voted for him. Actions speak louder than words any old day!

Come on, Granny. the prez is running for re-election in 2012 so he has got to please a lot of people other than blacks. he already knows that blacks are going to vote for him no matter what. and he knows that those who don't vote for him WON'T vote, which is typical of the black voter. so he has NOTHING to lose with blacks- but EVERYTHING to lose with WHITES AND LATINOS. that's just the political reality in america.

anon is black so what do you mean that anon is too weak to be on AA blogs, when AA blogs is where anon belongs? besides being a racist against whites you also discriminate against your own people.

maybe it's YOU who should 'police' yourself and stop blogging?

There is nothing funny about that photo. You folks ought to be ashamed of yourselves. What did Palin ever do to you? NOTHING! in fact, if you had elected her you folks might have been better off than with Obama.

Poor people and senior citizens come in all colors. When one freezes so will all the others, and they won't be the only ones, so will the unemployed middleclass, which is why I have a problem with the cuts to the energy assistance program. It is a not a good idea and is a stale idea. That same idea is older than pepper.

Nah, I don't have a color preference when it comes to people. I've lived long enough to know that people are people no matter what color they are. There is no difference!

I never went in with the attitude that he had to just please black people. Nor do I believe that he should just please a selective few. He should please ALL the people and black people are included in that equation too. After all, they are Americans just like everyone else is, so why you chose to isolate blacks out of that equation I don't understand.

You tripping! Maybe, you like your leaders to be dumb, classless, and ignorant, but I like mine to be intelligent and refined with common sense as well.

Redeye said...

I like my leaders to have character.

I like my leaders to care more about doing what's right instead of whats best for them politically.

I want a leader who cares more about doing their job instead of keeping their job, because if they do their job they will keep their job.

I'm tired of voting for the lessor of two evils because at the end of the day it's still evil.

I'm tired of voting for candidates who pander to people who might (not) vote for them at the expense of people who vote for them.

I will not vote for candidates who pander to the wrong at the expense of what is right.

I might as well sit my Ebony Donkey at home on election day.

Granny,

I believe that American generally likes presidents who don't seem smarter than the average American. Sarah Palin is at least as Smart as George W. Bush. If not, then how did she become the first (?)woman Governor of Alaska.

Palin is studying Ronald Reagan and even visited his ranch. The Aw shucks attitude wins with Americans. McCain didn't have it and McCain is fairly intelligent, so there was no winner on that point in the 2008 election.

The other woman considering running for president strikes me as being far more intelligent than Sarak Palin. But fire in the belly is something Palin has in spades.

It could easily come down to a struggle between Bachman and Palin for the Republican nomination. Republican presidents tend to be people who have run once unsuccessfully and then come back for the prize. That was true of Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush. Between them, they had the presidency for approximately fifteen of the last 36 years.

Sarah Palin has run been a candidate for and won the vice presidential nomination before, so she comes to this race in the condition that Reagan came to it in 1980, and George H. W. Bush came to it in 1988.

Bill Clinton put on a big aw shucks attitude to win the presidency. Americans don't like presidents who are exceptionally smarter than then electorate. Because Obama has brown skin, he needed to be exceptionally smart just to be considered equally smart.

Obama had to overcome the super-human-white-male-supremacy myth which holds that:

White men are smarter no matter how often and how badly they fail, while Blacks and women are inferior to white men, no matter how often and how much we succeed.

A woman would have to show the same things in 2012, but Congressman Bachman seems to know how to present herself as tough. That might be harder for Ms. Palin, in spite of the bear skin rug in her living room and her claim to love to hunt, along with her "reload" rhetoric.

Obama had to show that he was smarter than McCain and at least as smart as white voters. If he had merely graduated from Harvard Law School and had not been the president of the Law Review, the media and many Americans would have considered him dumber than the average white man with a high school education.

In summary, I think Palin has a 1/3 chance of becoming president. Bachman, unfortunately for her, has very little name recognition and is not yet considered wedded to the rabid Republican color-aroused voters and Teabaggers.

So, Bachman will find it hard to win over Palin's strong base of support. Bachman has no name recognition and precious little time to get any, compared to Palin, whose every word is reported by the media. Palin is taking steps to claim the Reagan legacy and her personality is becoming more like Reagan's all the time.

The religious Republicans are not going to vote for Newt Gingrich, as the sordid details of his philandering and three marriages come to light.
