Trigger Happy Police At Oakland Occupy Wall Street

What is wrong with the Oakland Police? Are they suffering from fatigue or just plain old trigger happy? From the looks of this video, it was no reason to shoot the camera man. This is the third shooting that has been inflicted on those using no violence. Two Iraq soldiers and now the camera man has become a victim. Is Oakland a police state or rather city now?

I suspect the Oakland mayor had better forget about reelection.  For those of you planning to go to Oakland Occupy Wall Street, it would be wise to invest in a bullet proof vest and helmet.

Evidently, hustling Uncle Herman Cain Ruckas never listened to Johnny Taylor's it's Cheaper to Keep Her. Oops, scratch that, I forgot Cain is another Clarence Thomas. Maybe, he should listen to Hank Williams Your Cheating Heart.  The number of women are rising in Herman's case.  Looks like there is a fourth one.

Well...I need to stock up on my popcorn because something tells me that this is one of those show and tale movements. In some ways, it's like watching the clowns perform at the circus.  Although, I hate to say it, but it's something a little fishy about the blond and Cain drama. Although, Cain looks like the type that would pull that type of mess.

It's a wonder that MSM does not have an adultery poll up by now.

You noticed it too? For instnace:

Why did she wait 14 years to reveal the incident?

Did she tell anyone about it at the time it occurred? Are they willing to come forward and corroborate her story?

Was the incident not serious enough to mention during Cain's 2004 Senate bid?

Why was she originally fired from the National Restaurant Association?

Why did she give Mr. Cain a hug at a Tea Party event just a month ago (as witnessed by WIND radio's Amy Jacobson)?

Although, Cain looks like the type that would pull that type of mess.

Yes, there is a long history of "his type" being accused of sexual aggression. There's even a term for it: the Black Brute.

(Here's a link to a Wikipedia article on the topic.)

Isn't the Oakland police chief black? Could that be the problem?

Yes, the chief is black. However, I was told that the mayor told them use any means necessary to get those folks off the street.

I'm going over that way today.

"What is wrong with the Oakland Police?"

Perhaps it is because they have to deal with the populace of Oakland, which, due to its proximity to Berkely, has an extraordinarily large leftist scum element.

The OWS crowds across the nation have been marked by drug OD's, assaults, theft, false charges of police brutality, vandalism and rapes, but the Oakland group has been particularly revolting. If anything, the Oakland police deserve praise for their restraint.

You must have me confused with Humberto again Anonymous.

I'm not the one dreaming.

If you are not dreaming, then you must just be stupid.

Good luck with that.

Anonymous,

I hope you don't think I was agreeing with GrannyStandingforTruth in her assessment of Cain and "his type."

If you follow the link I provided, you'll see that since at least Reconstruction, African-American males have been scapegoated and caricatured as sexually aggressive, sometimes with tragic results (google "Emmit Till" for a really horrible example).

It remains to be seen whether Herman Cain is actually as sexual aggressive as some claim or whether he's merely one of a long line of Black men who've been "taught a lesson" because they're so uppity (how dare he be Black and conservative!). But at this point, it's still he said/she said (or, in this case, he said/they said). Numbers don't impress me half as much as hard evidence, which at this point still seems to be sorely lacking.

I find it interesting that Cain has retained attorney L. Lin Wood, who has represented such "guilty until proven innocent" celebrities as Richard Jewell, Gary Condit and the parents of JonBenet Ramsey. Reflecting on those names reminds us that things aren't always what they might initially seem to be.

"But that's also part of black American history isn't it? The 'tension' between the black male and black female? doesn't history bare this out?"

While on a fairly crowded, rush hour elevated train home from work a few years ago, some black youth started beating up some late teens black girl. He was going all out, using his fists full force. When people realized what was going on they started shouting for him to stop, then began to move towards him. They were middle-aged white women, older people, at least one small statured Hispanic. The perp pulled out something which looked like a gun and put it to the Hispanic's head, causing a flight of people away and escaping to other cars of the train. The perp got off at the next stop and ran off, getting away. I noticed that two big black guys, separate from each other, were sitting in seats close to the perp as he was beating up the girl. Either one was easily much bigger than the beater and could have grabbed him. Yet neither one did anything whatsoever, did not lift a finger but just sat there as if nothing was going on. It was the half-pint sized, older crowd of non-blacks who actually tried to do something. It gave me something to think about.

Possibly because the two big guys figured young buck was toting heat and didn't want it aimed at their heads.

The Tea Party wasn't treated like this.

Oh, so the staff at Penn State was black that's why they didn't report the child abuse that was happening right in front of them?

The Tea Party wasn't treated like this.
-------------

Because particiapnts in the Tea Party rallies didn't throw rocks at police, commit assault, sell drugs, steal, vandalize businesses, and rape one another.

You can understand that, can't you Redeye?

There are 4 who have complained and two of them are blondes. I see a pattern here and actually my sentiments are with his spouse.
Will she be the dutiful wife? They've been together for years and she was there when he was recovering from cancer. A lovely wife at home and he was and may still be chasing women who don't want his sorry butt! My only concern is that he doesn't have a successful run for office.

My understanding about the Oakland Police is that they have a long hx. of bully behavior especially with people of color. There is a thug mentality with that force and
the world got to see it the other day.

For all of you Blacks who believe that Herman sexually harassed those blondes, here's some news that has arrived that indicate the history of Bialek as a troublemaker and a liar:

What about those Penn State Students?

BULLSHIT! They vandalized Whole foods, Wells Fargo, and Citibank. I know because I saw it.

There have also been cases of people who have OD. And it has been reports of women raped in their tents in Oakland. So don't make out like the OWS people are angels because they are not. You are dead wrong about them!

Redeye said...

What proof do you have the people you say you saw vanalizing 3 places were members of OWS?

OWS is a peaceful, non violent movement.

I am sorry, but if you believe that, you are living in a sheltered, alternate reality.

Three people have died in the last two days alone at OWS raliies. There have been dozens of rapes, hundreds of assualts, clashes with police, and vandalism of businesses.

None of this happened at Tea Party rallies, which were much larger btw.

Redeye said...

How did the three people die and again, how do you know the people committing the alleged crimes are members of OWS and not trouble makers? Where's your proof?

GrannyStandingforTruth said...

Some folks need to stop watching Fox We Make It Up News, because none of that happened. No vandalisms, no rapes, no one died.

Faux News, we Distort what you decide with all spin all the time, UNfair and UNbalanced.

Curious Texan said...

Consider the source.

I did. Not all 213 incidents, but enough to notice that the sources included the New York Times (at least two links), the Wall Street Journal, the UK Daily Mail, several local radio and/or TV websites, and numerous contemporaneous videos, not just Fox News.

If you want to believe that every one of these news outlets somehow conspired to create a false image of OWS and that every one of the videos was fabricated by using right-wing rent-a-mobs just to make the Occupiers look bad, then there's nothing anyone can show you to change your mind.

Granny, I don't appreciate you calling Cain a "Menace To The Black Community" when in fact he is more of a Godsend to our community. I can't believe you call Herman Cain such names when God told him to run for President.
